The first step is to simply give us a call (or use our contact form) and tell us what your needs are. We are very flexible and will tailor our services to fit your needs. Once we know what you need, we will provide you with one flat price so you don't have to guess what the final cost will be.

From there, we will schedule a drop off time and location with you (you don't need to be present). If you chose the full service Joe Loader, our trained staff will load your junk into one of our trucks and take it away so you don't even need to get your hands dirty. If you opted for the self service option Joe Box, simply give us a call when you're ready and we'll arrange a pick-up time.

That's it! We'll do the rest of the dirty work of disposing of your unwanted junk. Some additional information:

• Our bins are always clean and free of debris when we drop them off
• Our bins are non-damaging and can be placed in convenient locations
• You don't need to be present when we drop off or pick up your bin
• You can walk-in to our bins, you don't need to toss junk over a high wall
